James M. Sanders, age 68 passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, February 23, 2013. He Retired in Management with Dollar Tree. He was a member of Mary Queen of Heaven Church, enjoyed Camping, Traveling, Spending time with his Family and was an Accomplished Craftsman. A 1963 Graduate of Holy Cross High School, An avid Leader for MDA and was an Army Veteran during the Vietnam Era, where he was in charge of the Discharge Assignment and was based in Germany. He was preceded in death by his Parents: Evan & Evelyn Sanders and a Sister: Phyllis Heis. James and his Wife, Carol Goodhew Sanders were married October 5, 1968. James is also survived by his Daughters: Jennifer (Vernon) Robbins and Michelle (Terry) Saffell; Son: Greg (Jeannie) Sanders; 8 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren; Sisters: Elaine (Don) Morris and Beverly (Rudy) Behne and a Brother-in-Law: Gene Heis. The Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY from 4 PM until Prayers at 8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Mary Queen of Heaven Church at 10:30 AM. Interment in Mother of God Cemetery in Fort Wright, KY.
