Janet B. Street, 60, of Dry Ridge, KY, passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Health Care in Edgewood, KY. She was a homemaker and graduate of Texas Tech University and she obtained her Master’s degree of Personal Finance at University of Kentucky. Janet was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening and was an accomplished fiber artist. Her skill sets included spinning, dyeing and knitting. Janet is survived by her Husband: Paul Street; Sisters: Linda (James) Lutz and Annie Bissantz; Nephews: Jonathan Lutz and Justin Lutz; Grandchild: Kayla Pritchard; Son: Samuel Pritchard; Mother: Alice Bissantz; Brother: Dirk Bissantz; Janet is also survived by a host of international friends in the fiber arts community. Per Janet’s request her body was cremated and there is to be no Memorial Service. In lieu of flowers send donations to: Coptic Medical Association of North America CMANAMERICA.ORG P.O. Paul,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I know you lost your true soul mate. I want you to know that I have never had a patient have such a profound effect on my life. She was inspiring, truly kind, and the bravest person I have ever met. You have also inspired me. The love between you was so evident and it was amazing to watch you take care of her. I know she is at peace now after such a hard battle. I will never forget you guys. I will continue to pray that you can find some comfort and peace.
