Judith "Judy" Williamson Taylor, age 83, passed away peacefully this past Friday, June 27, 2025 surrounded by the love of her family at Harrison Trail Nursing Home in Harrison, OH. Judy was born in Covington, KY on October 18, 1941; the daughter of the late Paul and Mary Virginia Williamson. A proud graduate of Covington Holmes High School, Class of 1959, Judy remained closely connected to her classmates throughout her life, cherishing the lifelong friendships she made during those formative years. Her commitment to personal growth and learning led her to earn her degree from Thomas More College in 1993, a milestone she accomplished with pride and determination. She worked as an accountant in the manufacturing industries. Judy was known for her deep love of nature-especially her flower gardens, which she lovingly tended and which brought beauty and peace to those around her. She also had a profound affection for animals, and her compassion extended to all creatures great and small. Above all else, Judy's greatest joy was her family and friends. She was the heart of every gathering, quick to laugh, eager to listen, loved to dance and listen to music, and always ready to lend her support. Her warmth, kindness, and outgoing nature made her the kind of person others gravitated toward. Judy leaves behind a legacy of love, loyalty, and grace. She will be remembered for the countless lives she touched, the gardens she nurtured, and the love she gave so freely. Preceding Judy in death were her parents, Paul Williamson and Mary Virginia Jones, affectionately known as Bobo whom she was totally dedicated to. Preceding her in death as well was her sibling, Margo Williamson Boon. Those left surviving to carry on Judy's memory include her children, Thomas E. (Michelle) Goodhew, Paula J. (Scott) Davis and Edie J. (George) Hiler; siblings, Paula Ragland, Sylvia Williamson Piper, Pamela Williamson Meis and Paul C. Williamson; 13 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. A visitation celebrating Judy's life will take place on Thursday, July 3, 2025 from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Latonia, KY 41015. A funeral service will immediately follow at 4:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Erlanger, KY. We are deeply sad to hear of Judy's passing. She has always been such a joy and delight. As one of my mother's( Eva Jo White McClung) first cousins, she will be very missed. We are sorry that we weren't able to spend more time with in the last 30 years, as the McClung Lucherini family moved west. Mike and I are grateful that we were able to see her in May and to spend time with Edie and George as well. Judy's love for others, sensitive heart, and sense of humor will be surely missed. Our prayers are with the family. Love to all.
