I knew and worked with Leroy many years from the time he was a TROOPER through the ranks….He was a dedicated person and always ready to help anyone….We will miss him greatly…..KSP needs more like him ones who are dedicated to the job and not just for the pay check….REST IN PEACE…
Leroy and I were room mates in Cadet School. Living with someone that long you learn what a good person they are.
I think of him often and will miss his smile and friendship.
