Marlies A. Bailey, 63, of Covington, KY, passed away on Friday, November 3, 2017. She was a member of St. Augustine Parish and was a dedicated homemaker, whose passion was taking care of her children and grandchildren. Marlies was preceded in death by her beloved husband: Donald William Bailey and daughter: Christina Anna-Louise Bailey. She is survived by her mother: Anni Emde; daughters: Linda Anika Smith, Diana Kathrin Bailey, Maja Rae (Aaron) Vickers and AnniGayle Skyla Marlies Bailey; son: Donald David (fiancee: Lee Ann Bridge) Bailey and 9 grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017 from 10:30 A.M. until the Catholic Blessing at 12:00 P.M. (Noon) at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015. Interment: Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North at 2:00 P.M.
