Martha C. Guy-Grote, 67, of Latonia, KY, passed away on Friday, August 8, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Health Care in Edgewood, KY. Martha was a retired tax examiner with the I.R.S. in Covington, KY. She enjoyed geneology research and was also involved in animal rescue. Martha is survived by her daughter: Amanda Denigan of Latonia, KY. No services are scheduled at this time. Mandy, you kmow how sorry I am. Your mom was a unique woman. I met Marcy when we were 15 at Holy Cross High. We had nothing in common but our sense of humor and our cosmopolitan views. She was well read and very smart. We talked about everything. I will miss her terribly. I am here if you need me.
