Maurice Drew Hamilton, 82, of Erlanger, KY, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022. He was a US Navy Veteran, a member of the American Legion Post #203, a retired Professional Firefighter and a member of the Covington Professional Firefighters Local 38. Maurice had a lifelong passion for motorcycles and aviation, owning numerous motorcycles throughout his life and obtaining his private pilot license. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Maurice was preceded in death by his brothers: Allen Scott Hamilton and Michael (the late: Barbara) Hamilton. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years: Helen Hamilton; 4 children: Tammy (Steve) McCauley, Kellie (Allan) Tyler, Kenneth (Shari) Hamilton and Dennis (Kellie) Hamilton; sister: Melanie (Chuck) Geggie; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and sister-in-law: Cheri Hamilton. A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM at The American Legion Post #203, 3801 Winston Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015.
