Melvin Ray Simpson, 82, of Erlanger, KY, passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2019. He was a US Army Veteran, a retired manager at Cincinnati Bell and a Coloniel Clay Masonic Lodge # 159 F. & A.M. member. Ray also enjoyed coin collecting and antiquing. He is survived by his loving wife: Helen Dockery Simpson; sister: Wilma (the late: Jack) Teegarden and many nieces and nephews, including caregiving nieces: Kelly and Kathy; caregiving nephew: Ray Lyn (Valerie) Simpson and special friend: Leann. A visitation will be held at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015, on Friday, February 15, 2019 from 9:30 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 AM.
