Michael "Mike" P. Goodenough, 46, of Independence, KY, passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. He was a member of Holy Cross Church and a 1995 graduate of Dixie Heights High School. Mike was a member and past governor of the Covington Moose Lodge #1469 in Taylor Mill, KY. He was a gaming enthusiast, an avid dart player and enjoyed golfing. Mike was an organ and tissue donor who gave gifts of life for others. He was preceded in death by his father: Patrick L. Goodenough. Mike is survived by his children: Jonathan Patrick Goodenough and Michaela Marie Goodenough; mother and stepfather: Beverly (Patrick) Carolan; sister: Sheri Goodenough; nephew: Anthony Mikal Goodenough; great-nieces: Kaniyah, Nyari, and Kamari; great-nephew: Raymere and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A celebration of life will take place on Sunday, February 18, 2024 from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM at The Covington Moose Lodge #1469, 5247 Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, KY 41015.
