Arthur “Mickey” Rice, age 57, of Latonia, KY formerly of St. Petersburg, FL, passed away on Monday, February 18, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Health Care in Covington, KY. He loved the outdoors, enjoyed fishing, woodworking and he worked as an Optic Lab Technician with Lens Crafters. Mickey is survived by his Wife: Joyce Robinson Rice of Latonia, KY; Sisters: Donna Roach of Georgia and Ruth Martin of Florida; Brothers: Norman Rice of Pennsylvania and John Rice of Florida and several Nieces and Nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 22, 2013 at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY from 4 PM until 7 PM. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 9:30 AM Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY. Interment will follow in Mother of God Cemetery in Ft. Wright, KY. Growing up and being around my Uncle Mickey alot of times during childhood and teen years,I have ALOT of fond,great memories of him, his snakes,turtles and other”critters”,stories he’d tell us,and alot of laughter!!Spending time with him back then and later in Life, I am very very fortunate, to have had such a wonderful Uncle!! Uncle Mickey! I Love you and will miss you GREATLY!!!
