Neal J. "Tiny" Halpin, Jr., 75, of Latonia, KY formerly of Nicholas County KY and Union, KY. Tiny was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Latonia, KY. He was a welder with the Crouse-Hinds Company. Tiny was a retired volunteer Lieutenant with the Union Fire Department. He enjoyed raising and showing dairy goats. Tiny was past treasurer with Kenton and Boone Counties Fire Education Association; member of the Northern Kentucky Firefighter Association and a member of the Nicholas County Wildlife Club. He was preceded in death by his father: Neal J. Halpin, Sr.; mother: Marie Antoinette "Toni" Landwehr Halpin and brother: Leo J. Halpin. Tiny is survived by his siblings: Marie A. Halpin of Carlisle, KY, Dennis (Kathy) Halpin and Charles (Kiyoko) Halpin and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A visitation will take place on Monday, February 5, 2024 from 10:00 AM until the time of Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 3612 Church Street, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015. Entombment will be held at the family's convenience at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill, KY. In lieu of flowers memorial donations, in Tiny's name, may be made to Holy Cross Church or Rosedale Green Nursing Home, 4250 Glenn Ave, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015.
