Patricia "Patty" Ann Winters, 68, of Florence, KY, passed away on Friday, May 30, 2025. She was always focused on her family and spent most of her life in St. Paul, MN. Patty was preceded in death by her parents: Jim and Veronica Quinn and 7 siblings. She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years: John Winters; children: Laura (Greg) Ripberger, Sam (Jessica) Rulli, John (Kasey) Winters, Todd (Jody) Winters and Tricia (Nic) Brown and grandchildren: Jacob, Olivia, Oliver, Mady, Kali, Brendan, Kylie and Tyler. Patty is also survived by several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Patty's Life will take place at a later date at the convenience of the family. Memorials are suggested to the Susan G. John and family, I was so sorry to hear of Patty’s passing far too soon. I’ll always remember our good times as a small girlfriend group from Plastic Products that like to get together for outings with lots of laughter, food and drinks. She was such a bright light in this world and the smile in this picture is exactly the smile I will always remember. God Bless you all as you navigate your loss.
