Peggy L. Harlow, 70, of Florence, KY, passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2017. She was a retired assembly worker and a member of the Baptist faith. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents: Curtis and Sylvia Joslin; sister: Alice Harlow and brother: John Clark Joslin. She is survived by her husband: Russell L. Harlow; daughter: Sylvia E. Gibson; sons: Pete (Sis) Joslin and Rusty L. Harlow; brothers: Ronald (Helen) Marlett and Rick (Stella) Joslin; 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. A visitation will take place on Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 2:30 P.M. until the Funeral Service at 4:00 P.M. at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015.
