Phillip "Phil" Charles Mahan, 71, of Covington, KY, passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, retiring after 20 years of service as a Staff Sargeant. Phil worked several construction jobs after retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents: William and Marjorie Mahan, Jr.; wife: Lorrie Mahan and siblings. Phil is survived by his son: Phillip Grant Mahan. Per Phil's request, there will be no services. Interment: Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, Williamstown, KY.
