The Frazier family would like to express our deepest sympathy to the Scott family. I worked with Rae at Glenn O. Swing Elementary School. She was also our daughter's 3rd & 4th grade teacher. Rae was such a delight & inspiration to be around. We are blessed to have known her.

Rae was a good friend and mentor to me at AWL for five years from 1993-1998. I will always cherish the many after school talks we had about anything and everything!! Rae was a bundle of love wrapped up in a pint size body! I am so thankful God allowed me to reconnect with my friend after all these years. I am especially grateful that God made it possible for me to see her and talk to her in person on Mother’s Day! It was so amazing to witness the outpouring of love from all of Rae’s family as they filled up her room that day! Thank you to Heather and Robyn for allowing me to be a part of that special day. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. May your memories of Rae comfort you during this time. “Well done my good and faithful servant, enter in and rest now” God Bless, Laurie Smith

Rae, you are the strong oak that all of us silly acorns aspire to be like. We look up through your branches, up to the sky, and say to ourselves, "Oh that I could be that mighty!"

Rae always fit her name so well, in my opinion. She was always a Rae of sunshine, a Rae of comfort, a Rae of positivity and love. She always welcomed all of us (the crazy friends of Heather) with open arms, smiles, food, and the feeling that we were part of the family. Even if she wasn't happy with us, she still loved us. Even when she was frustrated with our antics, she still came to the rescue. I will never forget her smile, her laugh, her embrace, her humor or her joy and zest for life. I am lucky to have been a Scott family member by proxy, and I'm so grateful for the wonderful times and the amazing memories. Wishing the whole family peace and lots of loving memories to sustain you during this time of grief and loss. My heart is with you all but I know that Rae will always be at your shoulders, cheering you on and supporting you for all eternity. Sending much love!
