Ralph Lee Daniel, Jr., 57, of Crescent Springs, KY, passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2018. He worked as a truck driver with Ready Mix Concrete and retired with over 20 years of service. Ralph was a member of Heritage Fellowship Church. He enjoyed sports, especially Football. He played Football for the Latonia Youth League, Holmes High School and went on to play for several semi-pro teams. Ralph was a people person who loved spending time with friends and family. He was preceded in death by his mother: Bette Erdman Daniel Loke; son: Matthew Daniel and brother: Michael Daniel. Ralph is survived by his father: Ralph Lee Daniel, Sr.; daughters: Stefanie (Jason) Dietz and Jillian Daniel; sons: Joshua Daniel and Chris Skirvin; sister: Lisa Anne (Joseph) Forrester; Step-sisters: Cathy Pence, Cindy Pence, Sabrina Wissman and Amanda Wissman; brother: Joe (Cathy) Daniel; step-brothers: Greg Pence and Deron Pence; 3 grandchildren and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A Visitation will be held on Monday, October 8, 2018 from 10:00 A.M. until the Funeral Service at 12:00 P.M. (Noon) at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015. Interment: Highland Cemetery. My deepest condolences to Ralph’s family. I met Ralph in the 8th grade at HHS. We met up again later in life at church. We hung out together with a group of other misfits while we were going to the same church. There were three of us, Ralph, Eddie Callicoat and myself who each had a daughter we named Stephanie. The three of the Stephanie’s did meet many years ago. Stephanie, you may not remember me, but my deepest sympathy to you and your family.
Last time I saw Ralph was at the American Legion in Latonia quite a few years ago. I’m very sorry to hear of his passing.
