Raymond David "Dave" Wallace, 72, of Covington, KY, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021. He was an automobile mechanic with LATCO Transmission for 22 years, then worked and retired from Hammond's Garage. Dave was also a Vietnam Era Veteran, serving from 1968-1971 in the Marine Corps. He was also a member of St. Benedict Church and he enjoyed photography. Dave was preceded in death by his parents: Otto and Mary Wallace and brother: Anthony Wallace. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years: Joyce Wallace; children: Joby (Jerry) Bickers and Damian (Mollee) Wallace; grandchildren: Tira Bickers, Maegen Bickers, Lucy Wallace, Abigail Wallace and Delaney Wallace; brothers: Buck, Larry, Mike, Gary, Bill, and Steve; sisters: Brenda, Nina, Judy, Janet, Rhonda and Mary Kaye and uncle: David Wallace. A visitation will take place on Monday, January 18, 2021 at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015 from 9:30 AM until the eulogy at 11:15 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 PM (noon) at St. Benedict Church, 338 East 17th Street, Covington, KY 41014.
