I just wanted to send my belated condolences to the entire Festa family on the passing of Renee. My family lived across the street during the 60s until Jerry passed away. My love to Toni, Karen, Gerry, Ricky and Mary Rose. Even though we haven’t seen each other in years I still think of you often. My condolences also for Loretta. Love to all!

MaryRose Taglialatella - Jan 4, 2015

To my dear sister Renee, I hope you are at peace in heaven with our family who has passed. We will all miss you here, that’s the irony of life we must go on without you. I remember all the times we painted our nails and you taught me about make up and fashion, I remember looking up at you and thinking how beautiful you were. I was so glad to see you when Loretta passed, we promised to be better sisters and I’m so grateful we did. I am so sad I will not be at your final farewell but know there will always be a place in my heart for you. I love you big sis please watch over all of us.
Love your baby sister

My dearest childhood friends, I was devastated to hear about Renee as if no time had passed since we last saw each other so long ago. Renee was such a beautiful girl with a kind and gentle spirit. I have never laughed as often, or as hard, as we all did in that tiny bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed where you always squeezed me in. We had such fun and felt so loved making cookies, cleaning, riding bikes, stopping in the store and eating at Grandmom Ferrante’s on Sunday’s. All of you were so important in my life and I have always been grateful for the time that I spent growing up with you. Most importantly, I missed my good friend over the years and always hoped she was doing well. I’m so happy to see she had a loving husband and beautiful children. Well done Renee, God Speed. I hope she is dancing with Loretta and her Dad. Love to you Ron and your boys and to Mrs. Festa, Karen, Jerry, Monk, Annette and Mary Rose. I wish I could give you all a hug. All my love, Colleen
