Martha and Family: I'm so sorry to learn of Chubby's passing. He was a great neighbor and friend... always willing to help out. I've only known him for a couple of years, but he was truly a nice man and a great neighbor... always friendly and just an overall decent person. My heart goes out to you all and I will keep you in my prayers. We will never forget Chubby. If there's anything you need Martha, I'm right across the street.
