Condolences

Dennis Kelley - Dec 10, 2014

I remember Rita as a young girl of around 13 years old when she lived on 32nd St. between Latonia Ave. and Watson.
She was good friends with my sister Diane Kelley , and Pat Crow.
Rita was a sophomore at Holy Cross when I was in my Senior year.
She was a vivacious girl with a smile and a friendly greeting for everyone.
We moved away in 1962, and some years later when the Beatles had their song, “Lovely Rita”, I always thought of her.
My sincere condolences to her family and friends.
She will be missed by many.
Rest in peace “Lovely Rita”.

Sandy, Pat and Jarred
The world will miss your mom more than you will ever know.
I feel that she was put on the face of the earth to make other people happy, and she fulfilled her mission.
Rita became the best friend that my mom ever had with the exception of my dad.
Thank you for sharing your mom’s love. We will miss her.

What a wonderful, kind, giving and special person was Rita. I count her as friend.
For 19 years we worked together in the Department of Education in the Diocese of Covington and how fine our time was together.
Rita was so good at her work, so good in her ability to communicate with her colleagues in the schools and how thoughtful she always was . . . she was a treasure and I know how much she loved and was loved by her family. All who knew Rita will miss her so much.
My thoughts and prayers are offered for Rita and for her family.
Larry Bowman, retired Superintendent of Schools – Diocese of Covington.
