Robert H. Hon, 96, of Walton, KY passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2015 at the V.A. Mediacal Center in Fort Thomas, KY. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during WWII and a member of Nicholson Christian Church in Independence, KY. Robert was a retired auto mechanic, enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and a well thought of handy man. He was preceded in death by his Wife: Ruth Mae Hon; Daughters: Sharon Hon and Tamie Covey and Son: Dale Hon. Robert is survived by his Sisters: Hazel Swango and Dorothy Hauth; Brother: William A. (Janice Curtis) Hon; 4 Grandchildren, 2 Great-Grandchildren, Daughter-In-Law and many Nieces and Nephews. Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 from 10:00 AM until the Funeral Service at 12:00 PM (Noon) at Nicholson Christian Church, 1970 Walton Nicholson Pike, Independence, KY 41051. Interment and Honor Guard Service will be at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill, KY. Memorials are suggested to Nicholson Christian Church.
