Mrs. Wells & the entire Wells Family, what a terrible shock it was to hear of Roger’s passing. I had just scheduled lunch with him the day before to congratulate him on his retirement. Roger was a dedicated colleague who was always eager to lend a helping hand. He was also the guy I went to for advice when dealing with the challenges of public service. Roger was a straight shooter who coupled his wisdom with a healthy dose of humor. I’m going to miss him, and I know you do, too. You are all in my prayers. Please take comfort in knowing he truly made a difference and he was a dear friend to so many.

Judy. I am very sorry for your loss. I was shocked to hear about it when Sharon got me awake an hour ago. I know this is not the proper way to pay our respects but do to the pain I am in I cannot be there in person. I want to let you and the family know that you will be in our prayers in this very trying time. If I can help in any way please let me know.
