Sylvia Ann Yancey Schaefer, 89, of Cincinnati, OH passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2021. She was a member of the Northern Kentucky Federation of the Blind and an avid bowler having bowled several 300 games. Sylvia was preceded in death by her loving husband: James Arthur Schaefer; parents: William and Margaret Yancey; siblings: Jean (Lin) Hall, Helen Yancey and Franklin R.Yancey. She is survived by her sister-in-law: Joyce Ann Yancey and nieces and nephews: Pam Hall, Jeff (Linda) Hall and Ray (Sherry) Yancey. No services will be scheduled.
