Tellie Renee Cappel Hill, 43, of Covington, KY passed away on Thursday, November 18, 2021. She was a cosmetologist with Studio 27 in Highland Heights, KY. Tellie is survived by her parents: David and Shirley Cappel; daughters: Ariel Liggett and Zada Hill and a brother: Tim Cain. Visitation will take place at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015 on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 from 10:00 AM until the Memorial Service at 12:00 PM (Noon). My sympathy goes out to the family. Such a beautiful life taken so soon. I've known Tellie for 25 yrs. Know that your Mom/daughter will be truely missed she was such a wonderful person. I think I’m in shock. This is so hard to even believe. You were so bright funny and loved loved loved your girls and family. I know u will be an Angel watching over them. Gone way too soon! I will never forget the many long talks we had on the phone and the last min hair colors u would fit me in for. You will be missed so deeply.

Telle and Family, I'm so so sorry to hear this. To your daughters, Ariel, Zada, your Mom and Dad, I'm sorry for your loss. Your mom /daughter was such a good person and very hard working, I know she did a lot for all of you all and loved each of you dearly and she showed that in her actions. My heart breaks for you all. Telle was so loving and fun to be around. Telle to you, I'm so sorry that I had not talked to you in so long, so much going on in our lives, but still we should or I should have taken a moment to just flipping call ya girl. This is so wrong in so many ways, you are way to young to be gone, just wrong. I know this is how life is, but really. Telle I will never forget you, Linda left me with a wonder hair dresser and friend. Hey I got your hat with the whole in it for you and the girls, which I told Ariel and I will give it to them Tuesday, just so you know. Telle I will never forget the talks we shared.
