Victoria Lowe, 67, of Covington, Kentucky passed away on Friday, August 7, 2015. She was a member of South Side Baptist Church, WMU and Country Cruisers. All classic cars are welcome at Vickie’s services. Victoria is survived by her husband Dennis Lowe. They were married on December 23, 1967. Other survivors include her daughters: Dawn (Michael) Johnson and Shelley (Jeff) Hicks; sisters: Kathy (Bill) Slade and Yvette Hicks; brothers: Wayne Wheeldon (Debbie) Ginger, Kieth Wheeldon (Susan) Ginger and Chris Wheeldon (Lisa) Ginger; Grandchildren: Matthew Johnson, Patience Hicks and Billy Hicks and her mother-in-law: Ruth Lowe. Visitation will be at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, Kentucky on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Funeral Service will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 10:00 AM. Interment: Floral Hills.
