The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want.
The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures:
He leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul:
He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name’ sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil: For thou art with me;
Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies;
Thou annointest my head with oil; My cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the House of the Lord forever.
Very saddened to hear about Virgil, He and Sandy were always good friends to me…espiecally when my sister “Sweet Pea” was killed in 1998. Virgil came and visited me frequently and he and Sandy helped me through a very difficult time in my life, their kindness will never be forgotten. I still have My Dallas Cowboys Starter Jacket Virgil got me…..
Praying for comfort for sandy and the rest of the family suring this difficult time….Love Jenni Smith- Morris
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the House of the Lord forever.

Keep Jesus in your hearts. He will lift you up & help you make it through. In every respect, I’m deeply sorry. One of Virgil’s legacies is how funny he was. I always enjoyed the time I spent with everyone. Love all of you.

It is with deep sadness that our family has lost yet another person we love. I know that Cousin Virgil is in the arms of Jesus as well as reunited with all the family members waiting to greet him. I enjoyed his sense of humor and will hold on to the funny remarks he would make. He knew how to use that wit of his to bring a smile to our faces and our spirits.
Dearest family, I love each and every one of you and keep you in my prayers. God bless all of us.
Time on earth is brief, but eternity in heaven will bring us peace, healing and laughter. What a reunion we’ll have. love, kj

I bowled with Virgil back in the day at bowllounge. Some of the funnest and most memorable times of my life were with Virgil and all our friends at the bowling alley. Virgil was one of nicest, friendly and most down to earth people I knew. He always put a smile on my face or made me laugh. I will miss him tremendously. My most sincere and heartfelt condolences go out to the Starr family. God Bless.

Smile because he Lived
You can shed tears that he is gone,
or you can smile because he lived,
You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back,
or you can open your eyes and see all that he has left.
Your heart can be empty because you can’t see him,
or you can be full of the love that you shared,
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember him and only that he is gone,
or you can cherish his memory and let it live on.
You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn back,
or you can do what he would want:
Smile, open your eyes, love and go on.
