Walter Willis "Bud" Thompson, 81, formerly of Florence, KY passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2020 in Tarpon Springs, FL. He was a retired machinist and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Lakeside Park, KY. Bud enjoyed genealogy and watching television. He was preceded in death by his parents: Victor and Marietta Thompson. Bud is survived by his daughter: Jenny Thompson; sons: Walter Thompson and Edward Thompson; sister: Mary (the late: Carl) Willoughby and brothers: Neil (Clair) Thompson and Dale (Linda) Thompson. Interment will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill, KY. Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY is serving the family.
