Bill “Butch” Monroe, 58, of Covington, KY passed away Sunday, March 23, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Health Care in Florence, KY. He Loved the Cincinnati Bengals and enjoyed Fishing and Camping. Bill is preceded in death by his Father: William Glenn Monroe, Sr. He is survived by his Daughters: Felisha (Carlos) Lopez and Chelsie Monroe; Son: William Glenn Monroe, III; Granddaughters: Isabella Lopez and Violeta Lopez; Mother: Florence (Paul) Workman; Sisters: Terry (Jim) Morrison, Angie (Bill) Sparks and Kim (John) Perry; Half Brother: Bernie Wayne Chandler; His Dog: Buster Brown and Several Nieces and Nephews. A Celebration of Life will take place Sunday, April 6, 2014 from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Pride Park Community Center in Taylor Mill, KY. Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY is serving the family. Memorial Suggestion should be made to the Bill “Butch” Monroe Memorial Fund C/O any Bank of Kentucky. You were a great father loving caring fun to be around il never forget sitting around the campfire together and listening to you sing brown eyed girl and throwing the poles out together and lauphing and bieng together you were an exceptional father and a great man you will allways be in my heart and im working harder and harder to become a better man and one day prove to you in the heavens you created a good man. I know that i had my differences with him sometimes but he is a very good man and deserves to not be in any more pain…… , not that i want him gone but he had suffered too long and now he is free and can roam the heavens freely and visit our hearts anytime he feels lonely…..One thing that i know is that he is on my mind everyday and constantly on my heart….. I LOVE YOU DAD !
