I was deeply saddened to hear about the death of Frank. I know how difficult this must be for you. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Frank was my supervisor and dear friend that I met while serving in the Coast Guard. Frank was such a kind, gentle soul. He would do anything to help someone in need. Frank was there for me during a difficult time when many others turned their back on me.
