Our condolences to you and your family. As for all of us this came as a shock. Ken Rump and I went to school with Dave for 12 years and were sometimes referred to as “The Terrible Three.” In Feb. 2011 we had the opportunity to meet together in Fl. for a few days and relived old stories. There will never be another Dave. It is unfortunate that he left us at such a young age. All who knew him will miss him.
