Our offices were together in the clinic’s administration department. Ron, of course, had a corner office. Despite the pressure of managing both the clinic’s medical issues and his pediatric practice, every day he arrived with a smile and positive encouragement. Ron was a beacon of leadership. His friendship was special both to me and his clinic colleagues.
